Love

Today is Valentines Day. I think it's cute that there is a holiday celebrating love. But we shouldn't celebrate love just one day out of the year. It should be celebrated every single day! Love really is the greatest thing! I try to love everyone like it was their last day. You never know what tomorrow may bring.
God is full of love.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. ~John 3:16

Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands. ~ Deuteronomy 7:9

For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. . . -~Psalm 37:28

This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. ~1 John 4:9-11

And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. ~ 1 John 4:16

There are many verses throughout the bible that talks about God's love for us. A love that no one could ever imagine.
We all have loved and lost. But it really is better to have loved than to never have loved at all. There are some that have lost a child but they still remember the love they felt when they looked into that childs eyes greater than the sadness they felt after losing that child. Even those that have lost a pet that they deeply loved still have that same feeling of love. The unconditional kind. The kind that loves no matter what. The feeling of love in your heart is the greatest feeling above anything unimaginable. Greater than the most infinite sadness.
I believe that love saves souls.

God has spread so much love around us and all he wants is for us to love Him back and to love one another as He loves us.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." ~1 Corinthians
13:13

Every where we look we see the gifts God has given us, whether it be the glowing moon lighting the night time sky or the single dew drop resting on the rose's petals.....His wonders are throughout this entire universe. He wants us to take in the beauty in all things. He wants us to enjoy these many gifts.
